Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann

The 2004 All-Ireland Fleadh will again be held in Clonmel, County Tipperary - a venue which last hosted the event 3 years in succession in 1992, 1993 and 1994 and also in 2003.
The Fleadh is a weekend of non-stop traditional entertainment, which includes céilithe, concerts, sessions, street entertainment, and much more. Over 4,000 musicians take part in competitions for all traditional instruments, while more than 10,000 musicians participated in last year's Clonmel Fleadh Cheoil. The overall attendance at the Fleadh was in excess of 250,000 people.
